Baby Scrub Hub is an online directory and marketplace that connects parents and caregivers with independent baby gear cleaning professionals. Our platform allows cleaners to list their services, set pricing, and manage bookings, while parents can search for, compare, and book cleaning services for car seats, strollers, high chairs, and other baby gear. Baby Scrub Hub does not itself provide cleaning services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these terms.

4. Independent Contractor Status

Cleaners listed on Baby Scrub Hub are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Baby Scrub Hub. Each cleaner operates their own independent business, sets their own prices, determines their own service methods, and maintains their own schedule. Baby Scrub Hub does not control, direct, or supervise the work performed by cleaners. Any agreement for cleaning services is solely between the parent and the cleaner.

5. Bookings & Payments

When you book a cleaning service through our platform:

• All payment processing is handled securely through Square. Baby Scrub Hub does not store your credit card or payment information.
• Prices for services are set by individual cleaners and may vary.
• Travel fees may apply depending on the cleaner's service area and zone pricing.
• Cancellation policies are determined by individual cleaners. Please review the cleaner's policy before booking.
• Baby Scrub Hub is not responsible for disputes between parents and cleaners regarding payment, service quality, or cancellations.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake reviews.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
• Scrape, collect, or harvest user data without consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Baby Scrub Hub platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and course materials, is the property of Baby Scrub Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Baby Scrub Hub is a platform that connects parents with independent cleaning professionals. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Baby Scrub Hub is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any cleaning services performed by cleaners listed on the platform.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of cleaner profiles, reviews, certifications, or any information provided by users.
• Baby Scrub Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Baby Scrub Hub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
